Win back thecustomers youalready have.
Someone who's already paid you once is the easiest customer to win again. I set up follow-ups that go out within the hour of an enquiry, reminders that land when the job comes round again, and a mailing list that belongs to you rather than to a platform.
- List stays yours
- Run by me, or handed over
- Follow-up, seasonal, review

Questions
Before you get in touch
Do I own the list?
Yes. It sits in your own account, so you keep it if we stop working together.
What if I only send a few emails a year?
Then the monthly service isn't worth it. A one-off set-up, quoted as a flat price, is the better fit.
