I write the code myself instead of using a theme or a page builder. It loads fast on a phone, works on any screen, and you don't pay a monthly builder subscription or watch plugins break after an update. I write the words too, and everything on the page is there to get visitors to call, message or book.

The full price breakdown
Four sizes, all fixed prices agreed in writing before I start. If a job doesn't fit one of them, I'll say so and quote it separately.
- Starter site
- £395
- One page, up to three sections. Your own words and photos, tested on mobile, with the basic Google setup done. No custom design, no copywriting and no extra pages.
- One-page site
- £595
- One designed page built around the one thing you want visitors to do. I write the copy.
- Brochure site
- £1,295
- Up to five pages, designed and written by me. Home, services, about, contact and one more.
- Extra page
- £125
- Added to a brochure site, each.
- Online shop starter
- £1,595
- A configured Shopify theme for up to ten products.
Build projects are 50% to start and the balance on completion, before the site goes live. Two rounds of revisions are included.

What it doesn't cover
- Domain and hosting charges from the provider. Those are theirs, separate from my fee

- Monthly care. Site monitoring is £49 a month if I built your site

Which size do I need?
If you want something up fast on a tight budget and have your own words and photos, the starter. If you want the page written and designed around getting calls, the one-page site. If people compare services or areas before they ring, the brochure site.
Do I have to pay monthly?
No. The build is a one-off. Monitoring and the monthly plans are optional, month to month with 30 days' notice.
Can I add pages later?
Yes. Extra pages are £125 each.
